Zitronenschale sehr fein abreiben. Zitrone auspressen. Zitronenschale,<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Butter, 100 g Puderzucker. Vanillemark, 1 Prise Salz, Eigelb, Mehl und 1 El<\/span>\u00a0und \u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Wasser mit den Knethaken in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine z\u00fcgig zu einem glatten<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Teig verkneten. In Klarsichtfolie gewickelt mindestens eine Stunde kalt<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">stellen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">2. Inzwischen die Aprikosen kreuzweise einritzen. Portionsweise in<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">kochendem Wasser 10 Sekunden blanchieren, abschrecken und abtropfen lassen.<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Die Aprikosen halbieren, den Stein entfernen. Die H\u00e4lften h\u00e4uten und in<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">einer Arbeitsschale mit dem Zitronensaft marinieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">3. Die Biskuits sehr fein zerbr\u00f6seln. Den Boden einer Tarteform (30 cm<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Durchmesser) mit Backpapier auslegen. Den Teig auf der bemehlten<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Arbeitsfl\u00e4che 3-4 mm d\u00fcnn ausrollen und die Form damit auslegen. Den Rand<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">dabei festdr\u00fccken. Den Boden 15 Minuten kalt stellen. Dann die<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Biskuitbr\u00f6sel daraufstreuen und dachziegelartig mit den Aprikosen belegen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">4. Die Aprikosentarte im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 Grad auf dem Boden<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">30 Minuten ( Umluft 20-25 Minuten bei 180 Grad) backen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">5. Inzwischen Sahne, restlichen Puderzucker und das Ei gut durchmixen. Die<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Tarte aus dem Ofen nehmen und die Sahnemischung vorsichtig in die<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Zwischenr\u00e4ume der Aprikosen gie\u00dfen. Die Tarte weitere 20 Minuten auf der<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">zweiten<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">Einschubleiste von unten bei 180 Grad (Gas 2-3, Umluft 15-20 Minuten bei<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">160 Grad) backen. Auf einem Gitter 30 Minuten abkuehlen lassen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">6. Die Aprikosenkonfit\u00fcre leicht erw\u00e4rmen, durch ein Sieb streichen und die<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 20px\">lauwarme Aprikosentarte damit bestreichen.
