Kartoffeln und das Gem\u00fcse<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">(Rote Bete, Karotten) sch\u00e4len und in schmale Stifte oder Spalten schneiden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Das Gem\u00fcse in der Form verteilen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Die Orange hei\u00df waschen und abtrocknen. Die Orangenschale abreiben und den<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Orangensaft (sollten so ca. 100 ml sein) auspressen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">F\u00fcr die Marinade in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel den Orangensaft und die H\u00e4lfte<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">des Orangenabriebs mit dem Dijonsenf verr\u00fchren. Die Marinade salzen und<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">pfeffern. Ca. 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l unterr\u00fchren. Die Marinade \u00fcber dem Gem\u00fcse in<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">der Auflaufform verteilen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bei 180 \u00b0C Umluft ca. 30 bis 40 Minuten backen, dabei die Kartoffelspalten<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">und das Gem\u00fcse mehrfach wenden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">F\u00fcr den Orangenjoghurt die Petersilie waschen, trocken tupfen und fein<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">hacken.
